Scope of the service

TabularGate is a file-processing tool for checking CSV structure and selected validation rules. You remain responsible for reviewing results and confirming compatibility with the system that receives your data. A passing report does not guarantee that the source values are accurate, that the data is complete, or that a third-party import will succeed.

Your files and permissions

You retain your rights to the material you upload. You give the service the permission necessary to store and process that material to deliver the requested check and its output. Only submit files you are entitled to use, and do not upload content that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Accounts and acceptable use

Verify an email address you control, choose your own password, and protect your credentials. Registration is completed through the verification form before you can sign in to a Free workspace. Do not bypass quotas, access another workspace, interfere with the processing service, or upload content designed to exploit the system. Guest and registered usage is subject to the published limits.

Changes and downloads

Keep an original copy. Exported CSV may use different quoting, line endings, or encoding. Optional cleanup can remove rows or change cell values. Review the change counts, issues, and preview before you use the output for an important workflow.

Plans, renewals, and limits

The pricing page states the current allowance and the availability of paid checkout. Paid subscriptions, when enabled, renew at the interval and price shown at checkout unless canceled. New jobs are blocked when the allowance is exhausted; the application does not add automatic overage charges. Unused file checks do not roll over.

Access follows server-confirmed subscription status. A canceled renewal normally leaves access in place through the confirmed current period. Failed payments, refunds, pauses, or other status changes may affect access. See cancellation and refunds.

Availability and service limits

The service may be updated or interrupted. Do not use it as your only copy of a file or as the sole control for a critical import. File retention is limited and explained in the privacy policy. The service does not provide an uptime guarantee or a professional compliance certification.
