Purchase availability

Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Guest CSV checks are available without a purchase. This policy explains how purchases will be handled when paid checkout opens. A sandbox checkout is a test and does not take a real payment.

Cancel future renewals

Open your workspace and select Manage subscription, or use the subscription link in your Paddle receipt. You can also ask Paddle buyer support to cancel. A scheduled cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access normally continues until the confirmed current period ends. Canceling does not delete your TabularGate account.

Refund eligibility and requests

Paddle processes refunds for purchases made through its checkout. Its Refund Policy, buyer terms, and applicable consumer rights govern eligibility. You may request a discretionary review within 14 days of a transaction; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Mandatory withdrawal and refund rights remain available wherever they apply, including rights concerning a faulty or misdescribed product.

Use the support link in your receipt or visit Paddle buyer support to request a refund. For a technical problem, contact TabularGate using the details below so we can investigate. Include your account email, transaction reference, purchase date, and a description of the problem. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials.

Cancellation and refund are separate actions. A cancellation alone does not refund a payment. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle; the payment provider confirms the outcome. Refunded access is adjusted after the service receives the corresponding confirmed billing status.

After paid access ends

Your account follows Free limits. New batch jobs, Pro column rules, and saved settings features are unavailable. Existing files keep their recorded expiry times. Download anything you need before it expires.

No automatic overage charges

Reaching the file allowance blocks new jobs without purchasing extra capacity. File-check allowances reset on calendar months in UTC, as explained on the pricing page. They are separate from your subscription renewal date.
