What counts as a file?
Each accepted file-processing job uses one check. A 10-file batch uses 10 checks. Re-running a file creates a new job and uses another check. Deleting a job does not restore used checks. Files rejected before a job is accepted do not use a check.
No automatic overage charges
When an allowance is exhausted, new jobs are blocked until the quota resets or your plan changes. Guest daily allowances and registered monthly allowances use UTC. The guest allowance is shared by browsers on the same network; clearing cookies does not reset it. Unused checks do not roll over.
Access after cancellation
Canceling a future renewal preserves paid access until the confirmed current period ends. The workspace then follows Free limits. Saved Pro settings are unavailable on Free. See cancellation and refunds.
Prices are in USD. Any applicable tax and the final charge are shown by checkout when paid subscriptions become available. Payment confirmation is processed on the server; a browser success message alone does not grant access.
TabularGate checks file structure and selected rules. It does not promise that every third-party application will accept the file.
